Kunal is sent out to meet Siddhi who has come to visit him in prison. Siddhi gets emotional on seeing Kunal in a prisoner's uniform. Siddhi asks Kunal how he is doing. Kunal assures her that he is ok but tells her that she doesn't look too well. He tells her that he won't be in jail forever and he will come out someday.
Siddhi says that it won't be long before Kunal is out. In fact, she has found out who the third person present at the time of Rohit's murder was. She tells Kunal how she investigated his leads and found the locket of the third person. Kunal is shocked and asks Siddhi to reveal who he is.
Siddhi tells Kunal that the locket belongs to Vikram. Kunal is speechless and refuses to believe her. Siddhi says that she has all the proof to prove it. She tells Kunal that she met Raveena outside the hotel who showed her Rohit's phone that had the last dialled call listed as Vikram.
Not just that, Siddhi also reveals that she confronted Vikram after finding the evidence and Vikram confessed that he was indeed the third man present that day and that he was the one who killed Rohit that night.
Kunal is shocked at this turn of events. He is also worried that if he is acquitted, Vikram will go to jail and Raveena will suffer.
Siddhi gets angry at Kunal for thinking about Vikram and not being concerned about his own family. She insists that she will get Vikram convicted because she is worried about her family. She says that Vikram did not care about their family and that she will never forgive him.
The guard announces that the time for meeting is over. Kunal turns to leave and Siddhi promises him that the next time there is a hearing, Kunal will be acquitted.
Rohit is sitting in a dark room looking at pictures of Raveena. He's flipping through various pictures of Raveena and thinking.
Rohit pauses at one particular picture of Raveena, goes near the screen and hugs her picture. He tells her that he misses her and it's sad that he can't be with her inspite of being so close. He regrets not killing Vikram when there was a chance but swears that once all the obstacles are out of the way, they will be together forever.
Just then, Rohit is interrupted by a call from Richa. He answers the call in annoyance but Richa tells him that she has some very important news. She informs him that the guard at Kunal's jail told her that Siddhi has some important proof that will set Kunal free during the next hearing. Rohit is surprised to hear this but assures her that whatever proof Siddhi has will not reach the court.
Veena and Seema Chopra are at home when Raveena comes to visit. Both of them look happy to see her. She meets both of them and asks where Siddhi is and goes to her room.
Raveena enters Siddhi's room and tries to talk to her but Siddhi ignores her by telling her that she has important work to do. Raveens insists that she hear her out because Siddhi never heard her version. Siddhi tells her that if she is here to defend Vikram, she is not interested as Kunal is in jail because of him.
Raveena comes up to Siddhi and confronts her about her lack of faith in Vikram. She says that Vikram has always helped the family which angers Siddhi and she demands to know why Vikram didn't help when Kunal was going to jail.
Raveena tells Siddhi that she doesn't know the truth and that Vikram can buy out all the witnesses with his money but he confessed to save Kunal but Siddhi was in no mood to listen to him.
