The Tara Sharma Show – Ek Nayi Ma ka Safar – Season 2 presented by Johnson’s Baby hosted its launch event today at the indoor kids play center, Funky Monkeys. To celebrate the launch of the show, Tara was accompanied by Rahul Bose and some of her friends, along with their children. While the children enjoyed the play area, the adults enjoyed watching a preview of the show and interacting with Tara, to understand what went into the making of the show. The show will air every Sunday at 10:30am on Colors and 9pm on Nick with a repeat on the following Saturday at 8:30am on Colors.
As the name suggests, The Tara Sharma Show – Ek Nayi Ma ka Safar – Season 2, is a realistic diary of Tara’s experiences and adventures as a new mum. The show is informal and often humorous with the personal touch of real experiences being recounted and demonstrated. Season 2 picks up where the finale of Season 1 ended with the birth of their younger son, Kai, making the new season double the fun with the adventures of a family of four.
Talking about her experience, Tara states “When I was pregnant and soon after our elder son, Zen, was born, I realised that I wanted to get back to work yet I was so enjoying being a hands-on-mum that I didn't want to leave him for long periods of time and go for outdoor shoots, etc. So I racked my brains to think of what I could do and eventually came up with the concept of this show. Post the success of Season 1, we are thrilled to be back with Season 2. This time we have associated with Johnson’s Baby. I cannot think of a more perfect association since it is a brand we all swear by. It’s a contemporary brand with a rich heritage. This association has helped us learn a lot about the science behind baby care and we have brought on board a lot of information which mothers will find very valuable.”

The guest appearances of celebrities like Konkona Sen Sharma, Maria Goretti, Tusshar Kapoor, Vivek Oberoi, John Abraham, Madhu Sapre and Sandhya Mridhul in the show add to the overall entertainment value.
